Registration and practical information
Registration
Speakers are automatically registered for the conference. Further participants are welcome. For registration, please fill in the registration form (menu bar on the left side of this page).
Registration is free of charge.
Conference location
The conference takes place in the Resowi-Center at the University of Graz (Universitätsstraße 15, 8010 Graz). Registration, keynotes, plenary discussion, coffee breaks, and some of the sessions take place in SZ 15.21 (area A, 2nd floor; see https://campusplan.uni-graz.at/015A020003).
Travelling to Graz
Train
By train, Graz is relatively well connected to most neighboring countries (there are several direct trains to Germany as well as to the Czech Republic and Switzerland). You can find current train connections at: www.oebb.at/en
Plane
You can get to Graz directly via Graz-Thalerhof Airport (https://www.flughafen-graz.at/home.html) or Vienna Airport (https://www.viennaairport.com/). If you travel to Vienna Airport, we recommend the train for the route from Vienna to Graz (there are direct trains from Vienna Airport to the main train station in Graz; travel time 3 hours). Graz Airport is well connected to the city center by S-Bahn as well as bus connections.
Public Transport in Graz
From the city center, the University of Graz can be reached by foot in less than 30 minutes. In addition, the university is easily accessible via several bus lines (bus stops: Universität, Uni/Mensa, Geidorfgürtel, Uni/Resowi, Uni/Mozartgasse). From the Tram stops Lichtenfelsgasse/Kunstuniversität as well as Merangassse you can reach the conference venue in about ten minutes (by foot).
